DEAR TY: I’m a Spirit-filled believer who has been in a lot of trouble at work recently because of a fight with a coworker. A few days ago I received a prophetic word from my pastor which stated: TROUBLE IS AT AN END. When I heard it, my heart leaped. I believe the fight can be over. Since you are prophetic, I wanted to ask if you have a witness in your spirit for this?
Signed,
WANTING IT TO BE ALL OVER IN WAXAHACHIE
DEAR WANTING: Grace and peace in knowing Jesus more and more. Sorry to hear about the fight. You are a person of peace who, deep down, wants peace. Jesus is in your heart and the word your pastor received for you revealed your heart.
Now, for sure, “Trouble is at an end” is a very broad word. It could mean the end of anything from a hangnail to Armageddon.
But at the moment you heard “Trouble is at an end,” hope and faith arose in your heart. Somehow you knew by the Holy Spirit it was related to that fight.
So you’re asking if this could be a NOW word for the end of the fight? YES.
“Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word (rhematos) of God.” Romans 10:17
The witness I do have is that you need to ask the Father to tell you what is true about this word. Be still, look to Jesus, and just ask Him to tell you the truth about the situation. Ask Him what is your part in aligning your heart with His love as you deal with your coworker. Ask Him to give you His strength to do the part you need to do that feels hard. And ask Him to do the part only He can do. Now, He may give you a part in ending the trouble. Just ask Him to open your heart fully to that.
Most of all, He will give you grace to forgive and heal your heart. He will also help you right now to receive His grace in the midst of the trouble. Just ask the Father, in Jesus’ name, to strengthen you in your inner spirit by His Holy Spirit. Current trouble will look different after you do so. Ask Him to help you to cooperate by grace through faith with His word to you. You can experience His righteousness (right standing with the Father) and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit right now. (Romans 14:17)
Philippians 4:6-7 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, make your requests be made known to God,: and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Take the Lord at His word, thank Him, and by His grace, through faith, invite Him to end the trouble. The word you have received has given faith that He will do it. He will give more grace. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. Inviting Him into the midst of this is how the END begins.
He did say: “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Romans 15:13 “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Love in Him,
Ty
